Museum of Brisbane
15 February 2015
Photography expert Craig Tuffin leads a discussion about a form of photography almost lost in time – glass plate negatives.

Photos from The view from here were taken by amateur photographer Alfred Elliott (on exhibition at Museum of Brisbane) using dry-plate collodion technology. Craig explains this intricate and delicate photographic process and demonstrates how Alfred would have taken and processed his photos.
